The Charleston Charlies‘ Cheeky Charlie runs in the Bupa Manchester 10k – raising money for the charity Music in Hospitals – “Thank you to all my sponsors!” Unsure of the dress code for an event like this the blathering buffoon has turned up in top hat white tie and tails! Cripes Charlie !
